Who operates this website
This site is operated for real estate information and inquiries by Sabatino Campilii, Realtor® (Florida License #SL3363040), affiliated with LoKation® Real Estate. Privacy questions: scampilii@gmail.com.
Information you choose to provide
If you email us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, preferred communities, budget, timeline, and details of your real estate request. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements, identification documents, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email.
How the current forms work
The contact and property-preferences forms currently use your device's email application to prepare a message for you to review and send. Completing a form alone does not transmit its answers to Sabatino or store them in a website database. Once you send an email, your email provider and the recipient's email service process and retain that communication under their own practices.
How information is used
Information voluntarily sent is used to respond to inquiries, discuss requested real estate services, arrange follow-up and maintain relevant business communications. Information may be shared with the brokerage or transaction service providers when reasonably necessary and lawful; this page does not authorize selling personal information.
Hosting, technical information and external services
The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser data, security events and access logs to deliver and protect the site. The site may load third-party resources such as Google Fonts, Google Translate and Unsplash photographs. Those providers may receive technical connection information under their own policies. Property search links and other external services have separate privacy policies.
Cookies and language preferences
Language settings may be remembered in your browser's local storage. Google Translate or other third-party tools may use cookies or similar technologies. This policy does not claim that no cookies or analytics are used; integrations may change. Browser controls may let you manage cookies or local storage.
Retention and security
Messages you send may remain in business email records as reasonably needed for inquiries, transaction documentation and legal obligations. Reasonable precautions should be used, but no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. The website does not currently offer a dedicated secure upload portal for sensitive documents.
Your choices and requests
You may request information about communications you have sent, ask for corrections, or request deletion where applicable law permits by emailing scampilii@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or brokerage compliance. You can stop marketing communications by following any applicable unsubscribe instructions or contacting us.
Children and changes
The website is intended for adults considering real estate services, not for children under 13. This policy may be updated when forms, analytics, advertising or other services change. Material changes should be reflected in this notice before new collection practices begin.
